Founded in 1887, Sterling College is a Christ-centered, four-year college with a mission to
develop creative and thoughtful leaders who understand a maturing Christian faith. Sterling embraces an emerging vision to serve God's world through training servant leaders and the development of future leaders through strategic partnerships. With support from the community, churches, and thousands of dedicated alumni and friends who annually help the College, the Sterling College tradition continues. The background and interests of the students combined with Christian focus, gives Sterling College a heritage and a future which promise each student a concerned and supportive learning environment.
